2018 was an incredibly transformational year for me, filled with emotional/spiritual growth and internal/external shifts. Damn is that ever hard work, and is the work ever really over?

So much of that growth and expansion happened because of yoga teacher training at @onedowndog, which I started in January of 2018. 200 hours of relentless self-study of the body, mind, and spirit with the #ODDYTTIES and our guides was nothing short of life-changing. Which is why spending my morning teaching a yoga class to my dearest souls on my parents’ deck was the best way to spend the last morning of 2018.

2018, thank you for the knowledge, pain, sweetness, community, kinship, and joy. Thank you for the lessons.
